What information we collect
When you submit the quote request form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, ZIP code, vehicle year, make, model, and the description of the problem. The form lives entirely on this website. It is not shared with a third party.
When you call or text 417.598.8753, your phone number and any voicemail or message you leave is stored on the business phone. Same as any phone number you dial.
When you visit this website, your browser sends standard request information (IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL, timestamp) to the web server log. That log is used to keep the server healthy and to detect abuse. It is not used to track you.
What we do not collect
This website does not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, fingerprinting libraries, or third-party session replay. There are no cookies set by this website. No personalization, no remarketing, no behavioral profiling.
We do not buy or sell email lists, phone lists, vehicle owner records, or any other contact data.
How we use your information
Your name and phone number are used once: to call or text you back about the quote you requested. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not pass your number to other mechanics, parts suppliers, or marketing companies. We do not sell anything.
If you proceed with a repair, your name, vehicle, and the work performed are recorded on the Square invoice. Square is the payment processor and they have their own privacy policy. The invoice record lives on Square so we can produce a receipt or warranty record on request.
How long we keep your information
Quote requests we did not act on are deleted after thirty days. Invoiced job records are kept on Square per their retention policy so we can honor the 30 day labor warranty and any later record request from you. Your information is yours.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. No localStorage tracking. No third-party tracking pixels. The font files load from Google Fonts and the Three.js library loads from a CDN, both serving public resources only. Your IP address reaches those servers as a normal consequence of fetching those files.
Your choices
You can refuse to provide your name and phone number, in which case we cannot return your quote. You can request that we delete a quote-request record by calling 417.598.8753. You can request a copy of any record we hold about you in writing.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date at the top and change the wording. We will not start collecting new types of data without saying so.
