Dusty's started for one reason. Folks around here were getting tired of dealership prices and shop runarounds. We built this thing on the idea that a working truck shouldn't cost a working person a week of headaches. So we bring the shop to your driveway, we tell you what's wrong, and we charge a fair price for it.
I started turning wrenches because somebody in my family always needed something fixed. Then it was friends. Then friends of friends. Eventually I figured out that the part everybody hated about the auto repair business wasn't the price. It was the not knowing. Not knowing what was wrong. Not knowing what it would cost. Not knowing if you were getting taken.
So we built this shop around two things. Tell the customer the truth, and bring the work to where the truck already sits. The mobile van started out as a side hustle for buddies. Now it's most of what we do. Driveways in Cassville. Job sites in Monett. Parking lots in Springfield. The yellow van shows up, the truck gets fixed, the customer gets back to their day.
We're a small operation by design. That means you talk to the mechanic working on your truck, not a service advisor reading a script. It means you get a written quote before any wrench turns. It means when something goes sideways, we eat the cost. The reputation matters more than any single job.
If we can't fix it, we'll say so. If a cheaper shop can do it better for the job, we'll send you there. The trust outlasts the invoice.
Your time is worth money too. We come to you, we work fast, and we don't waste your afternoon making you sit in a lobby.
30 day labor warranty on everything we touch. If our fix breaks, we come back. No fine print. No fighting about it.
Pick up the phone or send a quote request. Either way, you'll hear from a real person fast.
